Just got a set of weller wheels in grey for my sylva star, I was thinking about painting them, What colour is the best for these type of wheels?

I thought white was the norm.

White with the blue and red pinstripes around the rim.......no contest and there's no need for anyone else to reply...

Depends what colour the car is.

If its yellow then white wheels will look odd for example.

just choose the colour that you like best.
