Rear Brake Pistons
mistergrumpy - 6/9/11 at 11:05 AM

I've been in the unenviable position of doing lots of brakes lately for mates and have been arsing around with peg spanners and clamps and long nosed pliers etc. to get the rear caliper pistons to wind back and wondered if there was any standard width for the holes or slots that are in the piston as I am thinking of knocking up a quick tool.
I realise that they're not all going to be identical but maybe some are more common than others?

Buy yourself a Draper brake cube -- will do 6 different variations costs about 6 pounds. ------ Do search on ebay or Google Shopping.

Looks a good idea but is it able to be turned inside the restrictions of a caliper?
I like the look of the laser wind back thing.
