gaz coilovers

i got a set of gaz coilovers for my Haynes roadster from rally designs but they don't fit my brackets so i was wondering if i can drill the standard bushes out and fit a set of poly-bushes with a collar to pack out the bracket i was just wondering weather it was worth doing or should i return them and try and get some with a wider eye?

return them or change the brackets dont mess with the shocks

Which way do they not fit?

Too wide to fit in the brackets or the bolt hole is too small in the shock eye.

too narrow in the bracket there short but if i put a set of bushes with a color on then they'd fit

That's exactly what I was going to say or get a pair of nice shaped spacers turned.

as soon as i get my bottom arms back from being anodized then i will get some spacers made up i think the trouble is i bought a part built kit which has had three owners so far and i don't think its got parts from one source i know the chassis is a Haynes book one but the trailing arms are from a westfield and i think half the brackets are right im going to have to check each one

The spacers that are beveled for Rose joints are the ones you want.
