Has any one got any advice on how to make it easier to insert the Poly-Bushes into my wishbones etc.

Done a couple, but didn't seem as easy as it could / should be?!

How much grease should i pack in them and where?

Here we go again, tin hats on again lads!!

by general concensus, i believe it wants to be a moly-disulphide grease. put the grease where you want, it wont be the end of the world if you get it wrong, whatever other WW3 threads might make out. dont grease the inside of the crush tube though, or the bolt.

ps i used a persuader to get them into the wishbone tubes.

Was so intent on getting the rubber mallet to wack them in that i forgot about the vice sat on my workbench! Will give that a go.

if you arent using seamless, it will be easier to file the seam down a bit.

The seam in ERW is an added bonus it helps lock the bush in case you do get grease between the wishbone and bush.

This has been covered so many times it may be worth searching the archives......

For my tuppeny worth - put the bushes in the freezer for a couple of hours - works wonders!
