The new car reverse needs an anticlockkwise reduction starter motor, where as most on the market are clockwise, anyone know of anything?
Do some of the early Honda pre 2000 engines go in the opposite direction therefore a Starter motor may do similar.
I just do not know any.

i used a seat ibiza one £30 from the scrappy, meshed very nicely with the over priced MK gear (sorry bit of a sore point when they tried to rip me off
with there "especially modified" one for £350)
hope this helps

The only starter motors that run the correct way (anti clock) for a BEC reverse are the VAG motors (as far as I know), I used
STARTER MOTOR - VW POLO VARIANT 1997-2001 LRT00177 | eBay. Check the stats at the bottom of the listing
