Has anyone successfully used mountain bike cable disc calipers for inboard handbrakes on an IVA'd car? There seems to be a lot of dislike of spot calipers (struggling to get through MOTs) and I was just mulling over the caliper strength and the longer lever arm that is often present on them (obviously being unaware of the thread on the piston it's hard to compare directly).
