Hi,

I'm wanting to make some new much much stronger rear suspension arms for my saloon as the production ones are flimsy light weight items and my last car (same type, same year!) snapped one of the rear arms at the weld and I only just saved it from a head on with a golf, damn thing went totally wild and that was only at 30mph with no warning

I check the arms quite often around the welds but I'm thinking I'd be much better off just making some really beefy replacements as the car is used in very rough ground, feels like a ticking time bomb

What I need is a company that sell bushes and gives the sizes so I can pick something that will work. My plan is to use 50mm square section tube 3mm thick instead of the ridiculous IIRC 25mm x 3mm round tube

Whippy, I used Polybush for the bastard sizes on the F27 rear arms.
They also trade as Bonaprene Products.
Mine are Freelander 1XP rear arm to hub.
If you dig around on their website there are dims/specs.
