Assuming a its got Ford PCD, the pigs head looks like an English
See Burtons catalogue
Hi, that is exactly the same as mine, if you find out let me know!
Looks like an English axle to me
English axle.. could it be off a Mexico or RS2000 with the anti tramp bar brackets?
Check axle width, backplate-to-backplate. IIRC could be 52ins, which makes it a Capri axle. It looks very like Capri axle, which also has additional
locating brkts, for the U-shaped anti-tramp bar.
This axle type, (i.e. with separate diff unit), is sometimes known as the "English" axle, Was produced by British Timken.
The other Capri axle had the diff unit integrated into the axle assy, and according to the book of Haynes, was produced by Salisbury, which gives it
the identifier.

Fairly ordinary Mk2 Escorts had those brackets for a rear ant-roll bar, the void bushes in the rear anti-roll bar were a common MOT failure.
mine has a steal handbrake setup on the rear and it measures approx. 47.5" inside to inside od the backing plates.
So I presume its an escort axle. will have the backing plates off tomorrow now so will measure the width flange to flange.
