Does anyone know if there are adaptors, which make it possible to use 4x100 wheels on 4x108 (Ford) hubs?

Probably. I think some people make adaptors for 4x100 wheels to go on a 4x130 hub (for VW beetle)

3.75" to 4.25" exist but I have never heard of 4" ( 102mm) or 100mm to 4.25".
If they had existed I would have used my old Imp racer wheels.
