Whats the best Master cylinder to use with sierra brakes, currently have the sierra one on and I have to stamp my foot through the floor to stop the thing

Stamping foot through the floor sounds wrong regardless of whether you have the servo or not. Are you sure your beakes don't need bleeding and or fresh fluid?

new master cylinder reconditioned front etc all bled but very little confidence in them the MOT tester said they only just passed last year was looking at getting them to need less force

There's also mention of a Mk1 Fiesta one being appropriate, so e NewOldStock ones came up a while ago and I got one for 15quid or thereabouts...

Oh so not your foot going to the floor, but requires excessive pressure.
