185 60 13 road tyres
cliftyhanger - 8/6/15 at 10:06 AM

What are the "best" around, possibly yoko a539's? (bearing in mind I don't want semi-slick 88's or similar)
And where is the best (ie cheapest) place to buy said tyres. Happy to self fit so mail order is fine.
TIA
Clive

That's what I run. Yoko A539's in 185/60/13.
Not the most grip, but good price/performance balance.
As a road tyre, I find them progressive and pretty predictable. Can have some fun at slower speeds without nasty surprises. Pretty good as a wet road tyre too IMO but not that much outright wet grip as a track tyre. Still progressive and fun though.

I use whichever site is cheapest online, usually Blackcircles.

Nanking ns2r tyre leader do them for £54 each very good on my striker
