Thanks for the recommendation. I did look on their website but couldn't find any. I will give them a call.

The rear swinging arms on my car are 1/2 and from Mcgills.

Berrisford have them

What do you mean by solid?

Make sure you get the very best you can can afford. A rod end failure could be disastrous!
I get mine from Ian dayson at force.not cheap but they are worth it imo

I had an off in my car, the so called expensive rod ends snapped and the McGill ones bent. My money will always be with him.

Of course only my opinion.

I suppose it depends where you got the 'expensive' ines from and what make they were!
I've no heard if many failures on the forces but I may be wrong.and of course tha cars are very very light

Solid rod end as in the link. Basically no ball in the middle. Just the outer part with a 1/2 hole and 1/2" thread.

Have you tried bearingboys?

Can't help Rog, but what are they for?

Hi Adi

I might have bought another GTM Libra

I want to use them to make the front top wishbones adjustable for camber while retaining the original Metro front upright/hub and top ball joint. They currently have a ring on the end of the bone and camber is adjusted with shims between the tub and wishbone bracket.

I will need to taper them for a proper fit but using an adjuster sleeve I recon it will be the easiest way of making the camber easily adjustable.
