A while ago I converted a Cortina axle to 4 link with off the shelf mounting brackets that simply welded ( in a semi circle ) to the axle...looked all over to find another pair without success, can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier ? TIA
Try MK Engineering.

I think both of those only really work if you've got an axle with gp4 spigot ends on the axle owelly, they won't fit over the bit the brake
backing plates bolt to, or brake caliper brackets, or anything really.
My choice would be a few hours spent with some steel plate, hacksaw, grinder, and marking out tools (I think I've spent too much time doing bench
fitting at work) using the ones you've already got as a template
I just assumed you'd chop them in half and weld them back together.
That's how I fitted mine. Cut in half , weld each half to axle and weld the cut back together
