They look like the Legends racing car front uprights. I don't think there's any connection with Ford Escort stuff.

I know they use a Toyota rear axle so wouldn't be surprised if they were for Toyota wheel PCD etc.

I always thought they looked a really simple solution and would be great on a locost, but not sure how you'd get on with wheels & brakes etc.

IIRC RD sold alloy front uprights at some point.
