Hi need some info on AVO shocks how to adjust springs etc or the company who makes them. thanks for any help.

The adjustments are usually self explanatory, is there something in particular you want to know? I will say that you can't adjust the springs, although you can replace them for softer or harder ones. You can usually adjust the spring seat if that's what you mean?

Thanks for the company info, the ride is very hard which may be down to the springs as they were fitted in 1999-2000.thanks.
