Anybody see any issues with having the diff (BMW diff) back approx 50mm from the centreline of the hubs? (New shafts being fabricated so will be long
enough for joints to give sufficient in/out when suspension moving up and down)
** CHANGE OF PLAN, will fit in the plane of the hubs, just need some of Craig's grinder & welding magic ;-), will post photos (for ridicule)
when done!

A small angle is desirable, regardless if itīs horizontal, vertical or a mix of both.
Just run it through the full range of motion and a little more to account for chassis flex to ensure no binding or dislodging (??) of the CV joints.
