Hi Guys,
Looking for recommendations where to buy the Sierra front hub mushroom inserts from?
I need a pair for my Haynes build (using the transit drag link ends etc)
Talon are £65 but struggle to get hold of them and worried never see them
Rally design are £19 but look like not offset?
Any other suppliers etc?
Cheers!

Great stuff!
I have asked them if the thread will fit the Ford transit drop link.
Cheers!!!
It's not the thread that you will need to fit but the taper
Hi.
Just buy the rally design ones. Having the offset is a complete waste of time. Anyone selling offset inserts claiming to be for caster correction is
talking complete rubbish.
Cheers Matt

Can you explain please? Just curious
If wanting to fine tune camber you'd do it properly with an infinite adjuster on the thread of the joint NOT on the insert as both sides need be
set the same. Hence just buy the inserts with a central tapered hole.
Cheers Matt
Listen to matt (procomp) he does this for a living!
Don't need an offset mushroom !
So the rally design ones at £19 are just as good as the MK ones at £49?
Does anyone know if they are tapered?
I've got Rally Design ones. Had them for 4 years no problems
Cheers Ben,
Can you remmber if they where tapered
Yes I believe they were
Great stuff!
I guess the offset ones give you a little bit more camber, but the top drop link should more than enough adjustment.
And it leans your hub back. (Don't see any benefit to that lol)
As said, castor is only through the centre axis of the alignment of the top and bottom ball joints so offset inserts have little to no effect
Hi guys,
Just before I order, are these the right ones?

Great stuff!
Will order them!
