Its the little things that take so long...
Ever since I got my car it has had an annoying squeak from the rear suspension bushes. I decided to take them out and re-lubricate today.....
When I took the bottom trailing arm off the de dion, I discovered it had had a small impact at some stage of its life and is slightly bent. As I have
the first MoT coming up shortly, it is probably best to just replace I think - safer all round.
The De Dion came from GTS tuning. Does anyone know if the trailing arm is a standard Locost/Hsaynes part or unique to this set up?
TIA!
James
Edit: Looks like they are 320mm between centres, which matches the ones MK still make according to their advert, but different to my first edition
Ron book! Phew
Does anyone have one they wish to sell...?
