I was reading on a C"£$%%^am site about angle of the wheel on a de dion set up.

They seemed to suggest a preset camber angle (hope I've remembered that right).

Has any one who has built a dedion back end in built a camber angle in to the set up? or have you just set it up as 0 deg?

Its a trade off between cornering and traction and it depends on the width, aspect ratio, construction and pressure of the tyres.

0 degrees will give the best traction (acceleration and braking)

About 1.5 degrees negative will give a small gain in cornering power.

Normally radial tyres are quite happy running small ammounts of negative camber so about 0.5 to 0.75 degree negative should be a good comprimise - but any gain will be small.

You can use shims to alter the camber angle anyway so its not crucial to try and include anything permanent into the beam IMHO.
