Quick illustrated question.

Whichis the top? A or B?
I think A is the top, as it's got the 90degree angle on it and it'd be no good to drain from. However, if it is this way round will I get and air bubble in the top of the rad? I've got more photos if needs be.

whats it from?looks up-side down and the "a" outlet should go sideways(to the outside of rad)

My vote goes for "B" to be the top, for the reason you identified - air locking.

When you get to put the rad on the chassis I think you'll be very glad of the 90-degree bend at end A at the bottom. Otherwise you may well find that the bottom outlet will be pointing straight at the lower chassis rail!

B is the top, I've sat infront of it for half an hour and twiddle it about. I think your right, if A stays at the top it'll never fill up properly. Also, the fan switch will need to be at the top with the hot water.

Decided. I'll refit it the right way up tomorrow.
