trying to get wheels to fit a sierra back end, but 205's with et37 stick out 30mm past rear arches... does that mean i need et67's, is there such a thing? looked at splitrims site, looks like they can make them to order, but were gonna be over a grand without tyres...
Whose rear arches have you fitted? Do your rear wheels have positive camber?
Only done calculations in Cad at the moment but I've calculated 205s with et 38 will extend 301mm from the bodywork and et 44 295mm. Figures from
a book chassis using Sierra IRS.
There are people on here who will provide arches to cover this.

Sounds like you've gone the wrong way with the offset...
Check the wheel page on our web-site for info on offsets, etc.
Put the Peugeot offset on ET15/16 that will pull them in... doesn't sound like enough though
Is that with standard length drive shafts? Luego shorten them on their locost I.R.S setup , also means shorter rear wishbones , Can you widen the archs?
Peugeot offset will actually push the wheels out by 20mm. The biggest offset you are likely to get from a mainstream wheel supplier is 45 to 49mm.
You couldn't manufacture a wheel with a 67mm offset unless it was a wide rim as the wheel centre would have to be impossibly thin.
In any case if it were possible to have a 67mm offset you would foul on the inner side. I think it may be a case of altering the rear arches.
thanks for all the stuff. think the arches were mk, and used standard d.shafts. i know i've got 40mm from the face of the hub to the edge of the wing, if that makes it any clearer. don't want to space arches if poss, think it might look shitty... the sierra steels on it just now are just inside with an edge bead on the wing, which made me think i'd have no bother once i could afford alloys.
sorry mick, just read the posts again - yeah, new arches might be the best option. more cash only bummer.
