Tried fitting the Princess calipers to my cortina hubs lats night, after much swearing I realised that i had forgotten the spacers that were supplied in the kit.

Now they are fitted I am a little worried about the bolt length, I currently have the standard caliper mounting bolts from the donor but with the addition of a spacer between the caliper and the upright I am wondering if the bolt is engaged enough? I estimate i have lost about 3mm if I do not put washers under the bolt heads (yuk)

What have others done ? should I fit longer bolts ?

I doubt it will do any harm as it is, but they are only M12 std thread aren't they? (IIRC!) If so, you might as well put some longer ones in, then you don't need to worry!
