Is the lowest timken (english) diff ratio available 3.54:1 or does anyone know of another???

Yes I believe so. The std ratios are 3.54, 3.77, 3.89 and 4.11. so unless it's a special then that's the highest. Classic ford mag is the place to look. Have a look at all the specialist rally companies adverts, they usually have a good selection for sale.
