Another brake question

Does anyone use the Girling master cylinders on their car?

If so what sizes are required for the two nuts? I've been to various motor factors and they bring out their case of bits and none of them seem to be a decent fit. Some are just too big, some too small and others that seem to thread ok are just a bit on the loose side which makes me think that they are metric and what I need is imperial.

Anyone help on this one?

Proceed with M/cyl to GOOD hadware or nut & bolt specialist store & get them to measure threads properly. Then you WILL get the right nuts.

Enjoy.

Andy
If your m/c's are like the attached picture then the threads are
push rod - 5/16" UNF
brake pipe connection - 3/8" UNF
reservoir connection - 7/16" UNF
