Hi

On my Sierra diff i have 2 sets of holes to bolt the prop shaft to the diff. One set of holes are further to the outer edge than the other set. My prop shaft marries up to the outer set. the bolts that i have which were bought from Ford Easily go in the 'inner' set of hols but get tight quickly on the outer set.

Do the holes have the same thread or do i need to get different bolts? If i need different bolts what do i need?

I'd say that if the bolts came out and the new ones won't go in, they're probably not the right sort.

are you using the right bolts they have a very fine thread
