More bump steer - steering rack position

Further to Joel's bump steer etc. thread. Check out this link and give me your thoughts on the positioning of the steering rack on this car. Otherwise, it looks a bargain to me.

looks like it'll have bad toe out in bump, but it might just be perspective - would be nice to see a level view.

Am I missing something, how can you tell where the rack is, other than it looks standard Luego?

Looks like the tracking hasn't been set??

From the angle of the rack arms.

Its a luego chassis and they are adjustable up/ down with slots in the mounts.

This is Luego them selfs that are selling this so I dont understand why they dont finish it and sell it as a turn key car ready for the summer.

Been looking at this my self there is also a complete new race chassis aswell link

Looking at the front view I would say that the rack is far to high, wheels are going to splay out in bump something shocking. IMHO ( of course) .

Its got a x flow in it just about make out a front pulley and a single choke carb sticking out the bonnet,

Glad my rack dont look like that

plus the second item in the contents lists gives it away a bit:
