To the panel of Knowledge,
I am using the front Hubs off of a sierra and I was wondering what lower ball joints I can use as I don't want to use the track control arms like
the Avon Tiger does. Will the bottom swivels from a MKIII, IV, V Cortina or maxi do?
Cheers

Welshy,
Contact Luego - I'm using Sierra front uprights, with their wishbones.
They supplied me with the upright adaptors (which you'll also need) and the balljoints.
They should be able to help.

Cheers Lads for all the help.
I will contact MK if i can't some one to bore them out at work for me.
And James, I am going to work out how long the new front wishbones have to be. If you are using the Mcsorley 7+4+4 chassis can you please let me know
what dimensions you got, so i can check mine against them.
It's the arm between the chassis and the bottom of the hub. It comprises the bottom balljoint and the compliance bush for the anti-roll bar. It
gets called lots of different names, especially when the bushes need changing.
yours, Pete.

I've only seen them used on Robin Hoods old sliding pillar system front suspension, he probably meant them. Don't Avons use wishbones same
as "normal" locosts?.
