Corner weights (again)
jamesbond007ltk - 17/7/06 at 11:57 AM

I know there has been alot of discussion on corner weights in the past but can find the answer i am after.

Basically i measured my corner weights the other day and have near perfect left/right weight distrubution BUT! Front left is equal to rear right, front right is equal to rear left. The first paring is lighter than the first. I therefore get front left locking up quite a bit before the front right.

How should i adjust my spring platfrom to get proper weight distribution?

Cheers

Rich

Either raise FL & RR platforms or lower FR & LR, to achieve better balance.

I forgot, always measure corner weight on a level floor with tyres at correct pressures or you will be wasting your time. Also do it with the driver aboard or it will be way off as the driver weight is offset.

Thanks Ian,

Just need to find some stuff or someone who weights about the same as me. Lots of tools and stuff should do the job!
