Sealey/Machine Mart Blast Cabinet
Minicooper - 20/8/06 at 11:06 AM

Hello,
I've got a load of suspension bits/brackets bits and bods which I would like to get blasted

Are these cabinets any use or am I better off getting them proffesionally blasted

I have a substantial air compressor which has the cfm and psi to run these things at the top of there requirments

Cheers
David

Hi don't know about the machine mart blast cabinet, but i bought one like this last summer for £65 off ebay, found a local seller so didn't have to pay carriage.

(Can someone help if link doesn't work)

My experience of the syphon fed ones is pretty poor, I'd personally be inclined to make a cabinet out of plywood/scrap to use with this blater as the blasting power is pretty good.

Hope this helps

Frank

ps. If you're anywhere near me you're welcome to come and try it

Frank
I'm based in Hampshire, so a bit to far to come and have a look Thanks

Chris
I would be interested if I wasn't so far

I'm a bit sort of space in the garage but it would be really good to have the facility of cleaning things properly

Thanks
David

Cheers
David
