Sierra 7 " Diff.
Would I be right in assuming the drive shaft oil seals would be the same no matter whether the diff was a 7" or a 7 1/2" surely only the pinion oil seal would be size dependent????

I know that there are two sizes as they ordered me the wrong one first !

They are also a bugger to get out without the right tool.

Thanks, I think the 1600cc Sierra had different oil seals to all other variants, I'm ordering the non 1600cc variant so its 50:50 I get it right/wrong I suppose. The joys of Fords back catologue.

If changing the pinnion oil seal do a search for previous threads on how to do this BEFORE stripping the old seal out.
