Hi all, just need reminding when adjusting valve clearance's what are the inlet and exhaust clearance's.
what is the sequence for adjusting something like 1 down 7and 2 for adjustment?.
according to the Wallage book, inlet 0.20mm exhaust 0.55mm.
PLEASE NOTE: thats what the book says, and not my reccomendation (I am not an engine man)
Hope this helps

heh heh not being a crossflow expert but for racing I would imagine there is power to be had on this one.
I'd guess you want to be aiming towards the tighter side of the "book" tolerances to get all the lift you possibly can do (won't
go into further details, don't want to damage your engine with poor advice, but there is scope to run considerably tighter clearances than
"book"
, in the same way picking rockers at the top end of their tolerance.
