CV joint installation

I'm going to fit my driveshafts and CV joints tomorrow and just wondered if there are any tips I should need.
I have got Sierra outers and Mondeo inners with a custom made driveshaft made by GB Engineering.
One thing - how much grease should I pack in the cv joints?

Pack the joints with a much grease as you can get in , any excess will only go into the gaiters . Wear a pair of latex gloves if you have any and can wear them as it's pretty messy.

Raz,

you need to pack 80 grammes of moly grease into the Sierra outer CV's. Dunno about the Mondeo inners though.

I had a feeling that the supplied 30g sachet was not going to be enough so I bought a tub just to make sure.

As far as method goes, do I assemble the outers first and then feed the inner gaiters on the driveshaft before pushing in the inners? The 6 bolts to the hub carrier are tightened to FT I assume?
