Is anyone running 13" Minotor wheels on a Sierra disc brake rear end?
Particularly useful if there running ET18.
Ta
I managed to get some 13" minilight wheels on mine, however had to grind away a bit of the caliper to fit.
I also tried some other rims and they got no-where close to fitting.
The difficulty is due to the offset of the disc and caliper, the whole lump sits inside the wheel and nearly fouls the spokes.
I could have got away with 1/2" spacers but the car just started to look like a roller skate !
My only advise would be to take one as a sample and try, even my minilights vary slightly and two are a much better fit.
NB/ the handbrake lug sticks right out but when you have the cable on this drawn in so is okay, ignore this bit of its the only problem.

I've been looking at doing the same thing myself, but had come to the conclusion that most 13's won't fit over normal sierra rear
calipers (or it would be far too tight a fit)
I'm now going to use Wilwood Powerlites, which should give a bit more room and I've been told that Compomotive CXR's will fit over
sierra rear calipers anyway.
Tim,
as you know, I am.
Mine are caterham wheels and they don't clear. I'm working on that at the moment.
I'm pretty sure that they will fit as the et23 caterham fronts almost clear. With a small bit of grinding of the caliper they definately
would.
et18 would most probably do it, but that's with a 6inch wheel, I don't know how the 7 inch would work as it has a different inside edge
profile that's causing me a problem.
I've discovered that those supplied for Westfield are ET16. This may give us a clue as to what is required to clear the caliper.
