rear wheel hub nut Torque settings

can any one tell me what the torque settings are for sierra (with disc) rear wheel hub nuts ?
or will VFT do ?

230Nm which is about 180lbft IIRC

I did mine with a big torque wrench borrowed from work. Really was effortless, then again it was about 4ft long...
