Does any one know how to centralize a type 9 box , as when i take semi hard left my shaft brushes my chassis. I have moved it a little using the exhaust bracket but i am not completely satisfied that it's central.

Make a stabiliser bar to bolt to one of the free bolt holes on the engine and clamp around one of the chassis rails, use a rubber bush in each end to allow the engine some movement. I am thinking of doing something like that myself.

Either that or buy some stiffer engine mounts.

PS this thread is filthy: 'semi-hard' 'shaft brushing' 'stiffer' its like one of those magnetic poetry kits
