Should I use this master cylinder??

One more question (this why I haven't got very far with this car, to many problems...should have bought that westfield! ha ha only kidding!)

I'm onto the pesky brakes, I've got scorpio calipers upfront on vented disks and sierra disks on the back all looking very dandy. Next I have to sort out the master cylinder/pedal side of it.

Now I have a new VW Beetle one still in the box, the same type thats on my buggy which has good brakes (for drums all round that is). Given that this master cylinder is designed for no servo assist I'm assuming that this would be fine but maybe I'm wrong. The last thing I want is to make the pedals and fit it only to find out its not right. I haven't got the budget to buy some fancy race thing...

The standard sierra master cylinder should be all you need.

you might want to fit a brake bias adjuster in case you have too much braking at the rear with the disks

Hmm Thanks,

I had considered one of those but I was just the fact that I have a shinny new vw one. It looks so lonely in that box...

one designed for drums all round will prob not suit discs very well.....

but it all comes down to piston sizes, need to know em all to work it out.

easy option is sierra one, cheap enough new anyway
