just had a sudden panic attack, i just stuck the magnets to the prob, is there a way they should go eg north or south pole to the sensor? i hope not
as i cant rememebr how i mounted them and there now in the tunnel now
If they are the small round ones (about 6mm diameter) from etb they have a small dimple in one end that should point outwards
oh dear, whats the chances of me putting them that way around
That's my guess anyway
If they all point the same way it's worth a try before chipping them all off again.

When I was experimenting I found they all had to face the same way or I missed pulses.
I was using retangular ones, both the same way up and orinentaion.
Its easy to check, just get another magnet and see how it behaves against the prop as you turn.

If you do remove them i would drill a shallow 6mm hole to sit them in next time. This was recommended to me by ETB when i was experiencing problems
keeping them in place after use.
Obviously you still need to use good glue as well.
