you will need a support just above the lower UJ, or it will flop all over the place,i used a rose joint
would think it will need a support on the middle section,
why are you doing it like that? clearance?
ps your steering wheels on the wrong side

ive been there.....believe me you need a smooooooooth action on the column, easiest way i found was column through the rosejoint eye,and as dan says, its on the wrong side
many thanks, you wouldnt happen to have a pic of this would you? i dont really know where to put it.
Example
The Tiger Avon has the same arrangement as you and uses a Rose joint to support the lower section of the column, immediately below the lower UJ. The
Rose joint is mounted on a chassis bracket.
A post in the Tiger section should get you some pics to look at.

It looks like it's floating in mid-air...
Steve
It was a joke about the one at the top.
All looks good to me - just needs a spherical bearing between the bottom two UJ's - just like the Avon.
