Been trying in vain to get the final brake fittings I need, my locals haven't been much help with this one...
Its the ones that fit to the bracket on the chassis that the then flexi's attach to.
Just been trying to explain it to a bloke at Rally Design without much luck! Looking at their catalogue p35...
http://www.raldes.co.uk/2003/page035.htm
I think its gonna be RD1545 - M10 female bulkhead (with nut), concave. Near the bottom, right hand column. Is that right? There's no picture of
that specific one unfortunately.
Not sure what the concave bit means, is that the flare type needed on the pipe?
Anyone know if I've got the right one, or which one is the right one??
Cheers guys.

Anyone who's finished their brake pipes know what I'm after??
I think you need "M10, male-male, through-bulkhead" types (but check before you buy!).
What you're looking at on the Raldes page are the fittings that go on the flexis, not what they attach to.

Cheers David,
I think you may be right. I'll give rally design another call. I'd been thinking that flexi's normally have a male fitting, therefore
needing female at chassis end.

My flexi pipes are made up of male convex bulhead fittings to locate into chassis brackets. The rigid pipe is made up of a female fitting and a
concave flare.
HTH Stu,
Cheers Stu,
I think thats the problem I've been having - I was thinking the copper pipe should be permanently fixed to the chassis bracket, with the flexi
attaching to that, rather than the other way round.
Still think it makes more sense having solid pipe fixed to chassis but it seems its not generally done this way, anyone know why??
