I have the vin plate for the cortina Mk5 1600 saloon axle and would like to know what the back axle ratio is on the vin plate in the box saying AXLE .PT.AR there is a letter G looked on axle no tags


Any help would be appreiciated

pretty sure it will be 3:89 but not 100%

Somebody was telling that these axles where slighty stronger than the escort axle . might have the chance of a spare capri 2.8 axle how would i tell if this has LSD .
