The ones supplied by GTS are good. Darren @ GTS will tell you what rates you need.

This has been gone over before many times. Do a search

I'm using the same engine and have 350;b front and 190lb rear. the car is not finished so this is untested. my shocks were from a 2ltr zetec car so i'm guessing the weight will be similar.

thats practically identical to my rates used on a big iron ford v6 - do you have your shocks at a shallow angle ned? the more they lay down, the more leverage and the less the effective rate.......

woulda thought your vauxhall was lighter....

or - could be my front is too soft - but feels and rebounds right (albiet on the drive!)

Steve,

Shocks not mounted yet, so angle yet to be determined. These are as i said from a westfield that was running a 2ltr zetec. I'll see when it goes together....

FWIW, my shocks feels very hard indeed, barely moves when i jump on the front end. Time will tell though, id rather too hard then too soft!
