Hi has anyone got wilwoods up front? if so what pads are recommended? i have the standard wilwood pads on at the mo and they seem bit shit! not sure
if its just because there is no servo but i really have to stamp on the pedal just to get it to slow down let alone stop!!
any advice guys?
thanks
rob
If you're getting used to non-servo'd brakes then live with it for a while. It's a whole different style of braking. For fast road use
normal pads are fine, you only need to go to greenstuff (and above) type pads when you're traking it and you get rapid brake fade.
Non servo'd brakes feel strange to begin with but they'll always stop you quickly when you need them- you just need to give it some
left-foot-love
All pads available for Wilwoods are either hard or dammed hard.
What master cylinder(s) s are you running --- ?
not really sure off hand but think may be .625 and .700 i think but could be wrong, was going to give it sometime but just wanted to make sure, the
last none servo car i had was a mini and that was when i first started driving about 8 years ago.

I'll keep an eye out for a hole in a hedge
Hi if you are using the caliper setup that only has the willwood and mintex pads available as fitment. Use the mintex.
If however you have the setup where many different pads are available then take your pic from the EBC Mintex Ferodo Pagid etc etc. You will get many
comments on these do not work or these are the best but if you ask 10 people you will get 10 different answers.
But i do not know off anyone who has had much success with the willwood pads.
