Hello all, I've got megasquirt fitted onto another machine. This is a mini with a 1275 BMC engine,Supercharged with long duration cams.
Everything works well however I'm having a problem with the way to go.
It idles at 85KPA (stable) So my question is, map via TPS? Then add a 2nd table which works on kpa for when it is boosted? Or Tune via Map only?
Anyone done this type of setup before?
I asked the same question, its not possible to used switched tables with 2 different load parameters at the moment.
So you have to tune using MAP only.
What version of megasquirt are you using?
I thought I could use something like hybrid Alpha-N
I'm using megasquirt 2
As it's boosted then you should be using MAP.
It is possible to use 2 tables for the same set of injectors, one being TPS and then the other being either multiplying or addative using your second
load method. Not sure how easy i'd be to map tho tbh.

Well not my engine, I'm helping a mate out. Its 2 injectors in a throttle body before the supercharger so no need for the siamese head code in MS
I use MAP and HiRES code on a MS1 V3 and it works very well. Idle pressure is around 75kPa at 1350rpm.
(The engine is an A series with a 643 cam)
I believe the problem with the hybrid code is that the ignition is still TPS based which is not what you want for with a pressure charged engine.
