How about having vehicle type as a criteria on the profile and then being able to pull the info/show a league table somewher on the site?
Edit, just realised that the "Building" field does this, but most people are "building things other than cars
Perhaps a "clean" one would be useful too?

I voted other because it is losely based on the haynes roadster but the front and back end have been modified.

Haynes Roadster which i havent touched yet this year. two boys 1 and 4 take up some amount of my time and dont talk about money ,family holiday, new
laptop which the 1 year old broke (i plan to get the money back when he starts work) and repairs to tin tops no wonder im skint.

7 type, but I just gave up on it after 2 years. No hands on support nearby. Intellectual support by the tonne around here though, for which I thank
every one of you. There is a real sense of community here that is to be admired.
Road? 2006 Audi A4 Avant, that has had cams and coil packs replaced, as well as a couple of computers/ecu's. Not a good car really for
reliability, and I wouldn't buy another one, although one did save my life in an accident.

This is as far as I've got so far.
WIll eventually be the McSorley +442 with 1.6 Pinto powerhouse (if that's the word ).
Scratch built and I've got the scars and scrap metal to prove it
