Nottingham Guest House B&B?

Morning all,

I have a colleague who is visiting the UK on (kit car) business at the end of the month. He has asked me for a recommendation for a good guest house or B&B near(ish) to NG22.

Any ideas, ideally with a link or other detail would be very welcome.

but yes, i am looking for something cheaper.

I'd like so much find a room "at home", in a real guest house, why not in a farm ?
I am looking for something around 50gbp, for two guys (so 2 separate beds, please ) and two breakfasts, included

Something around Nottingham.
