I recently asked for the 'legal' reference about age related plates. You guys were very helpful, and I said I would update when I had calmed down. Well, love broke out with DVLA and we got the age related plate with no further hassle. Maybe someone was just having a bad day at the start of the process ,though my son, stevem2727 ( joint owner of the MK) reckons I just got up someone's nose! I ask you-me, get up someone's nose-absolute a*#e! I'm sweetness and light at all times!

Trouble is both VOSA and DVLA have got us all by the balls, the best and only real way is to present them with so much evidence in an easy to deal with format (not the shoe box full of reciepts that one office got) that gives them the best opportunity for them to give you the result you so richly deserve.
Pi55 them off and they can hide behind burocracy at great expense of your time and money.
