What Tyres
Need some new rubber on the front as the tyres have cracked, do not want ditch finder specials anymore ( even though they have been fine )
Was looking at some Yokohama S306.
Anyone got any experiance of these ???

There seems to be a good half dozen decent types to try. Are you talking decent road type tyres that dont cost the earth (and i dont mean rock gard
ditch finders) or something that will give you max grip on a track and be road legal?
Ive always found the Toyo T1's to be fine (there are R's and S's, cant remember which i sbest, one of them is to be avoided on a
se7en iirc) - These seem to be between £35 and £40 a corner. R888's get big votes for a road legal track day tyre - around £65 to £80 a corner.
Cant remember what the Yoko variants are.
What size are you after? - might influence what is recommended.

I've been running Toyo CF1's on my tin top as a Sporty all weather tyre but as above some tyres are more suitable to a light weight
car.
Just noticed Camskill were doing them in 14" which fits my kit car for £35 delivered each! Hmm maybe I'll give them a try over winter now
I've got two sets of wheels.
