sierra rear caliper fitting

can banjo fittings be used? how flat/smooth does the body of the caliper need to be? mine are quite rough i think. not sure if trying to file them flat is a good idea or not (with bolts in the inlet to stop any gubbins getting in

I had banjo hoses made for the back of the indy, Didn't work for me,bottom washer kept leaking even with recon calipers, you may be lucky
