whats a good starting point for setting up my brakes?

first up, i don't really understand how different MC sizes and caliper sizes effect pressure etc. however...

whats a good starting point for setting up the brakes on the car?

0.7" MC on the front, with standard bedford Midi calipers (single piston slidey jobs)

0.75" MC and sierra rear calipers for the back.

what is a decent starting point for the brake bias do you think? once its all put together there isn't much hand room to get in to adjust/lock it all. there's normally a bia adjuster on the dashboard on racing trucks, but they're not allowed for s/iva are they?

60% to the front perhaps?

how far should the clevis' be screwed on to the push rods? should one be screwed further than the other? does it affect the balance at all?

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!
