went to fit them today, bearing pressed on tightly but the collar just slid on and off.
back to partco and eventually they where told by the manufacture that there had been a bad batch.
replacements coming tomorrow so hopefully they're right

I am running into similar problems, as with brake parts that I needed a while ago.
The axle is from a classic capri (very early 60s), and my local motor factors don't carry the wheel bearings. (Do not even have them in their
catalogue).
And they are diffirent to the other english axle bearings.
